Peel Regional Police say three suspects broke into a large Mississauga home before an altercation broke out, resulting in one man being fatally shot. CBC’s Chris Glover breaks down what we know about the ongoing investigation.

They urged anyone who may have information about suspects or the events of the night to contact police.

“If you saw anything suspicious, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem, please come forward. Your information could help bring the person responsible to justice and prevent further harm.”

Two other men were also found injured at the scene with non-life threatening injuries.

Police said all three victims lived at the residence and that it was believed that three suspects left on foot.

Police say anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers.
