Missing man last seen in RM of St. Clements: RCMP

RCMP are asking for the public’s help to find a man who went missing after going for a ride in the rural municipality of St. Clements.
Kristopher Sandy, 19, was last seen at about 10 p.m. on Thursday before leaving his home to go for a drive in the municipality about 40 kilometres north of Winnipeg.
He was reported missing Friday afternoon, RCMP said in a news release.
After the initial investigation, RCMP learned Sandy’s vehicle had been found in a ditch off Highway 12 just before 7 a.m. on Friday. But when first responders and police officers went to the scene they didn’t find signs of Sandy, Mounties said.
Sandy is described as approximately six feet tall, with a thin build, shoulder-length, curly dark hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey jacket and jeans.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Selkirk RCMP at 204-482-1222, or contact Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477 or via secure tip online at manitobacrimestoppers.com.
