Edmonton police issued a statement advising motorists to avoid driving around Churchill Square and the Ice District Saturday afternoon, due to a planned demonstration.
“Delays should be expected and motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible and please seek alternate routes,” it said.
No information was available about the time of the protest. CTV News has reached out to the police for more information.
