Niagara police seize $14K worth of fentanyl, crystal meth and cocaine

A 56-year-old man is facing drug trafficking charges after Niagara police say they seized more than $14,000 worth of fentanyl, crystal meth and cocaine.

Investigators say the charges are connected to the sale of fentanyl from a home near King and Albert streets in Welland.

The man was arrested on Monday and police say a search revealed the drugs, along with “trafficking paraphernalia” and cash.

He’s charged with possession of fentanyl, crystal meth and cocaine for the purpose of trafficking as well as possession of the proceeds of a crime under $5,000 and breach of probation.
