Toronto police looking for suspect in TTC assault

Toronto police are asking the public for help identifying a man wanted in relation to an assault at Kipling Station.

On Friday morning, police say they responded to a call around 9:50 that there had been an assault in the Kipling Avenue and Dundas Street West area.

Police heard reports a man had approached another man from behind, and punched the victim in the face while he tried to board a TTC bus. The victim was knocked to the floor of the bus, then kicked several times, before the suspect fled the scene, TPS said in a release Sunday.
