2 men charged with 2nd-degree murder in fatal shooting of teen in Etobicoke

Two men have been charged with second-degree murder in a shooting at an Etobicoke apartment last month that left a 16-year-old boy dead and another male injured, Toronto police say.

Isaiah Fogah, of Toronto, was one of two males shot and wounded in the building on Capri Road, near The East Mall and Rathburn Road, on Feb. 4.

Officers were called to the area around 5:30 p.m. that day. When they arrived, they found the pair with gunshot wounds.

Paramedics took both to hospital, where Fogah was pronounced dead.

On Saturday, Toronto police said in a news release that an 18-year-old man and a 20-year-old man have been charged with second-degree murder and attempted murder in connection with the shooting.

They were both scheduled to appear in court at the Toronto Regional Bail Centre Saturday morning.
