Three Winnipeg police officers charged after investigation
Three members of the Winnipeg Police Service have been charged following an investigation.
A news conference announcing the charges will take place at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday. CTV News Winnipeg will live-stream the event.
A release from police said the charges stem from an investigation by the professional standards unit.
