A man who was missing for nearly a month in Winnipeg has been found safe, police say.

A man who was missing for nearly a month in Winnipeg has been found safe.
The 39-year-old man was reported missing after he last seen in the area of Selkirk Avenue and McPhillips Street on Aug. 10, Winnipeg police previously said in a release Friday.
In an update later in the day, they said he had been found safe.
CBC News has removed his name and image to protect his identity now that he has been found.
