Winnipeg police safely resolve ‘serious incident’ in city’s North End

WINNIPEG — Winnipeg police officers said they have safely resolved a “serious incident” in the city’s North End on Wednesday morning.

Just after 8:10 a.m., police tweeted they were at the scene of the incident in the 600 block of Dufferin Avenue, which was blocked between McKenzie and McGregor Street.

Police have since reopened the streets.
